    Atlas Copco Group has appointed Shalini Sharma as the new General Manager for its Brand Studio in India, making her the first Indian woman to hold this position. Shalini, who joined Atlas Copco in 2010, brings over two decades of experience in brand management, communications, and digital strategy to her new role. Her promotion underscores Atlas Copco’s dedication to diversity and inclusive leadership.

    In her previous roles, Shalini has been instrumental in strengthening Atlas Copco’s brand presence in India. As General Manager, she will focus on driving brand strategy, creative direction, and digital communications, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric solutions. Her leadership will play a key role in aligning the company’s brand with the evolving demands of India’s industrial sector.

    Frans Van Niekerk, Managing Director of Atlas Copco India, expressed confidence in Shalini’s leadership, noting, “Her deep understanding of our brand makes her the ideal leader to steer our communication efforts as we continue to grow in India.”

    Shalini shared her excitement, stating, “I look forward to crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with our audiences and position Atlas Copco as a trusted partner in sustainable industrial solutions.”

    Atlas Copco’s Brand Studio in India is poised to continue its legacy of delivering innovative and impactful communication solutions under Shalini’s guidance.
