BEUMER Group, a global leader in material handling solutions, is set to strengthen its presence in India with a substantial investment of over INR 2 billion in a cutting-edge production facility at Reliance MET City, Jhajjar. The foundation stone for this new site was laid on 27 June 2024, marking BEUMER as the first German company to establish production in this strategically located “Model Economic Town.”
This new facility will play a critical role in BEUMER’s global factory network, enhancing its capacity to deliver innovative material handling technologies across various industries. Spanning over ten acres, the site benefits from Reliance MET City’s advanced infrastructure, facilitating a seamless setup process that aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainable development. The plant is scheduled to begin operations in September 2025.
