In a move to streamline the automotive retail landscape, the Noida Authority has announced plans to develop a dedicated automobile cluster in Sector 105, Noida. This upcoming facility will serve as a comprehensive hub, bringing together multiple automobile brands under one roof to enhance customer convenience and operational efficiency.
Officials stated that once the cluster becomes operational, all existing automobile showrooms and related service outlets across the city will be relocated to this centralized location. The Authority aims to create an integrated ecosystem that simplifies sales, service, and after-sales operations for customers and automakers alike.

RAILWAYS
Infrastructure giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has signed a major contract with the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), the government agency implementing the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) corridor.
The agreement covers the design, supply, and construction of track systems, along with testing and commissioning for a double-line high-speed railway network in Maharashtra. This collaboration reinforces L&T’s leadership in executing large-scale infrastructure projects and marks another milestone in India’s ambitious bullet train project, which aims to redefine passenger rail connectivity.

Websol Energy Systems, one of India’s prominent solar manufacturers, has announced a major capacity expansion plan to add 4 GW of solar cell and 4 GW of solar module production.
The project will be executed in two phases using Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) technology, which offers higher efficiency and reliability. By June 2027, the company’s Phase III expansion will contribute an additional 2 GW of solar cell and 2 GW of solar module output, reinforcing India’s renewable energy ambitions.
This expansion underscores Websol Energy’s commitment to supporting India’s green transition and reducing import dependence on solar components.
